Price check on 243 fluted.

A local dealer has a used 243 fluted bull barrel Handi that looks excellent.  Has the varmint stock and forend, (Choate).  Is asking 325.00.  If you were me, what would you offer?
I have the same setup in an ultralite 243, but would like the more substantial barrel.
