I don't like to go any higher than 2" on any rifle for sighting in. I tryed the 3" on the 35 rem with the Leverevolution and shot over 2 deer, dropped it down to about an inch and dropped the next doe I shot at. I tend to shot high if I don't keep it down some. Most of mine are at an inch to 1 1/2 inchs at 100 yds. Just easier for me to raise up some on the body than hold low. Makes a difference on how high you are in elevation as well. Where I am is 4500 ft. to 8000 ft where I hunt. Everything flies flatter the thinner the air is. Just don't know till you go and shoot. DP
