20 Ga.Ultra Light Slug Hunter Availability

My local gun dealer called 4 different distribtors trying to find me a 20 ga. Ultra Light Slug Hunter  (complete gun). Nobody had one . He was told they haven't made any yet. Is that true ?  I really want one.  Does anyone know where I can get one ?

I bumped up an old thread for you and some other guys that were asking about availability. They were available before H&R/NEF was moved to the Remington plant in Ilion, NY.

My search for one of them dates back two years. So far I have not found one. Had planed to use one this year, but the weather got so cold I gave up on the idea. Maybe next year.

The special foothills season in Dec with deep snow and temperatures in the -25 the deer got nothing good to eat and are perhaps not fit to eat. Stomping around in the wind blowing bitterly cold is not much fun either.
