I chose Constitutionalists as the Constitution REPRESENTS all facets of freedom, which by the way is not free. We are losing those freedoms at a phenomenal rate while voters continue to wallow in a corrupt and broken two party system that is self-serving. All the while blaming each other, while the fat cats stuff their pockets and continue to build their Empirical Aristocracy.
Many claim "patriotic courage" but, "fear stepping outside" a box that has long since been filled with crap. JMO

So Ironfoot, can you bring it down to one word?  It's hard to hyphenate that sentence.

For me it would be "Friends".
I doubt that is what many of the forum members would expect me to say.
But I can argue with my friends.
There isn't much point in arguing with enemies.
I am a social and fiscal conservative, who likes guns, hunting, fishing, camping.
I have a son in the military, deployed with special forces.
I didn't vote for Obama.
I just don't agree with many on this boards about the cause of the Rebellion to Preserve Slavery, and I think Lincoln ran on an antislavery Republican platform, as evidenced by the Lincoln/Douglas debates and the Coopers Union speech.
I think the country has lots of problems, caused by both parties.
I vote Republican, partly because they are supposed to be fiscal conservatives, and I am disappointed with their deficit spending ways over the past 8 years.
I think we need to keep the country together, and that we can come out of our current mess stronger then ever, but not if we lose hope and faith in each other.
Act the way you would like to be, and soon you will be the way you act.

Well said ironfoot; we agree on more than we disagree on. I can live with that my friend.

Go back and read your history. I think you are a little twisted here.

The continuation and expansion of slavery.
