DId you get your moneys worth?

I just looked up federal expenditures this year and it was 2.931T. I am sure these figures were taken before the bailouts, TARP, etc, because expenditures last year were 2.7 trillion. Next I looked up the US population. Now dividing the two, I see that federal expenditures are $9,733.68 per person. Other than Paulson's friends, have any of you gotten your moneys worth in government services this year? :'(
