You mean Ultra Varmint, I have the 22" barrel, get less than 1" groups with the 40gr Vmax and BL-C2.  ;)

I've got the .204 ultra.  It will shoot under 1 inch at 100 yards with remington accutip-v 40 and 32 grain.  I have only shot a few boxes of rounds through it.  I believe it may get better with some use.

That sounds pretty good for the price of the gun. I was thinking of getting a Remington 700 varmint in 204 but for the price no way.
If I can get moa or under I am in.

Not to be a dink, but I have a Remington 700 VLS that shoots 1/2 MOA at 100 any day of the week.  The gun isnt even fun to shoot unless its at something scurrying around on the ground 200+ yards away.  I have some plans for it over the winter, but as of now the only thing I've done is add a Jewel trigger (set at 12oz).

I'm sure an Ultra Varmint would do the trick too, I just thought I'd share some of my experience with the 700.
