The REAL should shoot fine with that twist but it may be to fast for PRB's and heavy loads.

I shot the REAL bullets in a T-C Pennsylvania Hunter with 1-66" twist, and it grouped around 4"  at 100 yards off the bench.  I think they are designed to be short for a slow twist barrel.  You might want a longer bullet for 1 in 34".

The LEE REAL is available in 2 weights in .50 cal, a 250gr & 320gr.

I believe it states on their web site that the 250gr was designed for slow twist PRB barrels, while the heavier 320gr is for faster twists.

No experience with the 250gr, but I use the 320gr with a wad in a Lyman deerstalker with a 1:48 barrel.
If I do my part, I can get 2" groups at 75yds with it.

I bought a REAL mould back when they first came out, I think it was when they first came out...  :-\  It was a long time ago anyway...  :-[

I got the short, 250 gr. bullet, mould to try in my RB rifles; 1in66.  They did well enough that I have carried them in quick-loads for reloading after my first, RB, shot.  Think I'll do some more in-depth testing this year just for grins!   ;D
