Anybody grow mushrooms?
I've harvested mushrooms in the wild. Usually find them when hunting. In NM there were a lot of varities of eatable mushrooms. When I came to Alaska the first summer their was a stand of shaggymaines came up right by the church. The church menbers did not know what they were. I harvested some and sauted them for a pot luck dinner. No takers, they thought that crazy white pastor would poision us all. So I have the stand of shaggymaines all to myself each summer.
I got to thinking how could I grow other varities of mushrooms? It's cool and wet here.
