Auto Ordnance Competition 1911
« on: July 10, 2009, 04:12:17 PM »
I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with this model. I found one at a local gun shop for a somewhat descent price, at least for Alaska. I like it but I just have no knowledge of these firearms. This model was made between 1993-1996. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

With the older 1911 auto ordnance some had problems and some didn't.  I say either way about the older ones.  I've had problems with new top shelf 1911's (other brands).  So either way i've taken chances.  My new auto ordnance army ww2 copy 1911a1 is awesome.

1911crazy,

Thanks for the input. I decided to pass on the Auto Ordnance and purched a Ruger LCR and put a Walther P-38 on lay away. Once agin thanks for the input.
