That's a fair response.
 I do need to get back into the Revelation and study (it's been a good 2-3 years since an all-out, in depth study).  However, as much as I've been trying to see "the truth", I just can't read more into the current ME situation than the obvious. Like any good Bible study, take what you read and see at face value first.  Intrepretation sometimes leads to the obvious conclusion that it means what it says, it is what it is.  In the ME/Israel/Palestinian situation, I am led to conclude that it is what it is. The obvious, and most literal, conclusion being that Israel is the victim of an unrelenting hatred from the Muslims, most notebly these "Palestinians"
I'm going to get back into the Revelation soon and let the Holy Spirit shape the rest of my opinions (my opinions, which of course mean nothing really, but we all still have them  )

Who were the "Palistinians"?

The term "Palestine" came from the name that the conquering Roman Empire gave the ancient Land of Israel in an attempt to obliterate and de-legitimize the Jewish presence in the Holy Land. The name "Palestine" was invented in the year 135 C.E.  Before it was known as Judea, which was the southern kingdom of ancient Israel. The Roman Procurator in charge of the Judean-Israel territories was so angry at the Jews for revolting that he called for his historians and asked them who were the worst enemies of the Jews in their past history. The scribes said, "the Philistines."  Thus, the Procurator declared that Land of Israel would from then forward be called "Philistia" [further bastardized into "Palaistina"] to dishonor the Jews and obliterate their history. Hence the name "Palestine."

Verrrry interesting!  I didn't see anything called Palestine on the map.

Perhaps the "Palestinians" would be better off if their alleged "government" was more interested in their welfare and in building a real state in their land.  What have they accomplished since 2005 except in being a conduit for rockets destined for terrorist attacks on Israel?  When they were thru destroying what the Israelies left behind, they had nothing, and their fellow Moslims are not giving them anything except more armaments.

WOODCHUCKHUNTER. In just a few short years the palestinians have turned a beautiful city with businesses, etc, into a vast wasteland, one of the largest ghettos in the world. They don't waste their money on food, clothing, shelter, heating oil, water, or any of that crap, they spend it on bombs, rockets, guns and ammo to kill those that feed them. Their Godless brothers don't support them, they only send more weapons to murder innocents. They are totally dependent on aid from Israel and the free world for their very existence. They are totally comitted to the utter total destruction of Israel, like biting the hand that feeds them. They raise their children to hate and kill from birth. These are but a few of their vast accomplishments. Hope this helps. POWDERMAN.

HMMM TM7 so was it Palestine before this time then?  Where are you getting your historical data on Israel, is this how they teach it in Pakistan? I cross trained with some Paki troops 20 years ago and they spewed anti semitism that sounds alot like you. They even talked about how they thought Hitler was a hero.
