To me they didn't have to shoot the guy. They had the dog your not getting away from a dog. I wonder if they shot him with a taser shotgun ?

I am not against someone who needs killing too be killed.
Now, you will ask, who has the right to make this decision.

sometimes the individual, tho he/she may face charges, a person has too do what he/she has too do.
I really don't have much of a beef with this thought.

MS....I can get away from a dog if I am armed....I'd shoot him.

So that's why I said if it were MY dog...I'd rather shoot the perp than hurt a good dog any day.

Good dogs are worth more to me than felons.

What I think is "not right" is people second guessing what went down when they have none of the "facts" to make decisions on. The folks to make such decisions are the folks with the facts. If their superiors think they might have been wrong then an investigation should determine that. I think all shootings require such investigations do they not to determine if justified or not. From what I've read it seems no one here even knows if the guy was shot with real bullets or bean bags or if he lived or died.

Trying to make judgments on it with such a lack of facts is to me totally wrong and rather silly.
