Refinished PF9?

I have a PF9 that is wearing thru the bluing really badly.   Wonder if anyone has ever used Duracoat or GunKote to refinish a gun?  If so was it fairly easy to do and also do you like how the new finish help up.

I appreciate any information you can give me on this subject.  Thank You.
