Y'all, I am now the proud? owner of a Savage 219 with a 218 Bee, and a 16 gauge. Anyone else have/heard of/know anything about these?

You have a great little gun.  I have a 219 with 12 ga , 16 ga, and 30-30 barrels.  Am trying to get a hornet barrel for it.  Would also like the 25-20, 32-20, and 218 Bee barrels for it but must not be greedy.  The 218 barresl and the xx-20 barrels are kind of rare.  I have heard of them but never seen one.  Should make for a lot of fun shooting. Get your self a set of 218 Bee dies and go to it because 218 Bee ammo is hard to find.  I used to have a Martini in Bee and it was a blast.

More Barrels ...

Well, that cheers me up considerably if more barrels can be had. Where does one find barrels for the 219? A 12GA would be more practical for me, and a rifled barrel in a caliber I can buy ammunition for at Wal-Mart, would be a great, although I will do as 257AI suggested and hang onto the 218 Bee for fun.
