Picked up my new H&R cinn lam .308 its an HY number one from gardner. Got it for $289 NIB out the door. The trigger is very stiff so thats the first thing I'll address along with a good cleaning, This is a very pretty rifle I have a nice Simmions Atec to put on it but I think a Leupold will find a home on this one. I have a new Dillion 650 and .308 dies to try and while I am waiting for the snow to melt I;ll make up some test loads, Rnage report to follow as soon as the weather and my back will allow.
BTW I just checked the FAQs Its a 2008 model so it may be one of the last made at Gardner, I am kinda glad of that and a little saddend knowing what happened to those finr folks up north.
