CVA Wolf

Got a CVA Wolf for Christmas.  I didn't expect much, but this thing is a keeper!  The more I shoot it the more I like it.  When I get a chance, I would like to try a Optima stock.  There are replacements for them.  If they don't work, I'm going to try and come up with a cheekpiece for this one to raise the profile just a bit.  I've had several in-lines, all good rifles, but none that just seemed to "fit".  This one does.  Kinda wish it had been the Optima, but I also don't know that its any better.  What think ye?

I had one. Bought an ultra expensive TC Encore 209x50. Didn't shoot a dang bit better than the Wolf, which was a very accurate gun, which I sold to a friend, which was a mistake.

sabotloader can set you in the direction for one of those rubber cheek piece raisers. Ive seen them on one of his whites.

it is fun to shoot, raising the cheeck piece was one of the few changes made to mine.  Let us know about the optima stock fit, I asked CVA and all they would say is they won't promise anything, so I think at the worse a small bit of modifying...but a thumbhole would make it nice I belive.  Hope sabotloader chymes in... a nice cheekpiece wouldn't be bad on my white  8)
