I've had one for a couple of years now.  Mine seems to like the Winchester White Box 45 grain hollowpoints, when you can find them.  It will consistantly nail rock chucks at 200 yards and better.  I have hand loaded some 50 grain ballistic tips for it that will print about 1 MOA or just a little larger at 100 yards, but I havent used them to hunt with yet as I want to use up my Winchester 45 grainers first.  They have a little different POI than the 45's.  I haven't regreted getting mine once.
Thanks,
Trapper Jack

I have had one now for 3 years. Haven't had any problems with it. I reload for mine and it shoots real well. I shoot 52gr match bullets and have taken woodchucks out to 425yds with it. I have a 6x24 scope on it. I got a bipod for it and its a good shooter. I did lighten up the trigger though.
aim small miss small,
think small,miss not at all

I just got mine a couple months ago, Paid 169.00 + tax for it.
(topped the rifle with a 2.5-10x42mm mildot scope.)
However ,I didn't buy the heavy barrel but rather the sporter mod as Im going to use it for coyote hunting & wanted to keep the weight to a min.. "Speaking of wheight", I was going to remove the rear stock to paint it & found a lead rod inside about 3/8" in dia running the entire length of the butt stock.! Its only apparent use was to balance the rifle & to anchor the rear swivel stud..  It weighed as much as the scope I had put on the rifle so I removed it & replaced it with a plastic anchor to further lighten the rifle.. I personally like a rifle that is slightly front heavy anyhow.. I load mine with a 40 gr V-max bullet pushed with 23.8 gr of h322 for a muzzle velocity of 3400 FPS & im very pleased with the accuracy.
