Just saw in the local (Hiawatha, Ks. )paper that the rural school bus got hit again by a turkey. Twice in a month. Smashed in windshield, but no one hurt. My wife has had many near misses and my neighbor lost a windshield to one last year.
The only reason I get out and hunt those dangerous beasts is for public protection.
I will continue to do my duty.
