my sako finnbear

i have a sako finnbear in 7 mag my question is it has the front sight at the end of the barrel but there is not a rear sight theres not even holes where one would have been drilled and tapped unless its under the scope mount are they all like this or just mine ?

I have an L61R Finnbear in 30-06 w/o sights it has a Leupold 3x9x40 vari x 2 with cpc reticle,it has been glass bedded with bisonite best 5 shots with 165gr nosler solid base bullets,58gr of imr 4831 & cci lr primer in denver 1942,1943 mil brass  under 7/16 inch group.
