Marinade for the beast brought in from the

Venison Steak Marinade

Ingredients:
¼ c. brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 cup bourbon/have an extra bottle on hand to keep samplin to ensure quality of product.
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon kosher salt                                                                    ½ teaspoon garlic powder/or fresh chooped fine works gooder.
1 teaspoon garlic salt.... at this point sample bourbon.
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ c. oil (corn is good)but olive will work also then you must subsitute wine for the bourbon.and have extra bottles on hand.
1 teaspoon six pepper spice blend

½ teaspoon Maggi’s seasoning.

Blend ingredients. Place steak in marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours-overnight.
Broil or grill steaks to desired doneness.every time you open the frig door turn em over to ensure they marinate well.try to have meat at room are close to room temp before grillin.
