This crosses all lines , even a lot of the Democrat party is in shock over this.

Yea i figured that , but it was being flashed all over the web and i wanted to see if anyone else had heard anything on it.
CNN ,even fell for it  ,but i sent it to  a Civilian JAG Defense Lawyer , and i got the copy of the letter you see in my other post.
Now what he sent is the thing we need to be watching ,that Judge in GITMO has outright rejected Obamas orders ,lets support him because he is in a bad place to be right now.
That could be a Hanging offense , and i am sure Obama wouldn't mind that at all.

If that judge is military he will cave or be court martialed it's really that simple. Either way his career is over. Now if he's a civilian not military der prez has no say whatsoever in what he does.
