I seriously think there would be damage to the underlug long before the frame showed signs of damage if the shooter is working loads up slowly as Tyler did. The 458 Lott operates at 54kpsi according to A-Square and the case holds less that 100gr water compared to 125gr water for Tyler's 45-120, holding pressures to ~40kpsi the 45-120 can produce Lott velocities in a 32" barrel with less pressure due to the larger case, the lott has a case head of .513" and is 2.8" long, the 45-120 is .506" and 3.25" long. The Lott velocity would be in a shorter barrel too, likely 24".
