Do u think a simmons Shot Dot scope would be a desent red dot for my carbine AR 15?i dont want to spend a Arm and 2 legs for a scope,i know there is a lott of people that dont like simmons,but i have had good luck with simmons scopes and was thinking about a simmons red dot for my rifle it has 4 diffrant reticles and 11 brightness what u all think??

I am thinking of an Aimpoint 9000 2x-2moa. I saw a trijcon which is impressive but $900 is more than I would like to pay.

I would like to hear other opinions.  I am interested in some magnification and would like to be able to shot out to 100 yards; therefore, 4moa doen't excite me.
