just picked up a Savage 111 in 25/06 Pre Accutrigger wood stock

have some Burris rings and bases coming and I have a scope in the safe. When I get it all together and on the range I will post some reports

took the 111 to the range today 5 shots to sight it in these are the last 4 shots of the day.......#3 is the one out of the bull I musta flinched

I have a model 11 in .204! It's a take driver. Why shooters pass up a savage is beyond me.

Great choice,rifle and caliber! If your rifle behaves like most of mine it will get better as the barrel seasons. I'm not wanting to tell you your business, however , during break-in be sure to "copper clean" regularly. The rifle will get better!!
