From Tennessee .New and just saying hi.

Hello . My name is Lori and I am new to deer hunting .I am a 30 yr old recently divorced  mom and have decided to take up a little hunting or at least try .Look forward to making new friends and getting some good advice .

when you have a good girl you need to hold onto her & treat her right or the  next thing you know that good thing is gone because you pushed them away without knowing & trust me once that good thing has decided to move on it won't come back.

Hi Lori, welcome to the site and welcome to hunting, sure is good to see a woman hunter here. My wife took up hunting a few years back and I'm still amazed to see her out there in the cold at the crack of dawn. This was her first year to actually shoot a deer but she saw them while bow and muzzle loading, just never had a shot. Should you be half as excitable as Marie, you will love hunting. I don't know where you live but my wife works for TWRA and she can hook you up with whatever info you need.

Welcome You have started on a positive addiction. I am in the same town as you. My wife used to hunt many years ago, she is always to busy on the weekends now. I am starting to get one of my granddaughters started in hunting. Old English and I put in some quality time this past season on a friends farm deer hunting. With deer season at an end so it is time to consentrate on yotes and hogs. Being retired has given me a lot of time to hunt and fish now. Thank you all for the welcome .I am very new to hunting actually only went once with my ex husband  so please be patient .I hope to get good advice here and maybe meet someone who can take me and teach me.Thanks again
