OH NO I OWN A GLOCK!
« on: January 30, 2009, 07:19:59 AM »
Never thought I would say this but I now own a G27 40 S&W. I've held them and always felt like I was holding a 2X4 and didn't care for them. But due to a buddy selling his G27 we were at the indoor range where I've been working with wife. She is learning to get used to shooting her Kahr CW40. He showed up asked me to try it uh oh :o to my surprise I hit what I aimed at. For such a little compact thing it seems I'm better with it at close range than my old super black hawk. ??? Guess I now have a gun I can carry concealed to protect me from my wife :D who for what ever reason decided to get her CCW license and have really enjoyed the time we spend together teaching her.
I can only say to those who like me held one and thought what a POS try it then decide! Maybe the way the grips are forces me to hold properly hell I don't know! But it is amazingly accurate and couldn't be happier. Probably end up giving it to wife and getting me a G23 she says grips to big for her hand that's why she got CW40 small narrow grip. I'll see down the road!

Yup my G27 shoots way more accurately in my hands than me and it have any right for it to shoot.

That "baby Glock" kinda grows on ya!  I have had mine since the first year that they were produced. Great little pocket rocket. I carry mine every day, and have never had a malfunction in thousands of practice rounds. Congrats on the new gun!

I own a 27 as well...I had to install the Pearce grip extension as I have some pretty big mitts...It shoot just as well as my 23...I tend to shoot my 22 a little better but that might be because I shoot that 22 a ton more as it is my duty gun.
