The end of contracts
« on: February 18, 2009, 05:25:07 AM »
Well, so much for mortgage contracts. When a judge can decide how much you need to pay the mortgage company, then our country is totally screwed.

One of the reasons our country is such a magnet for foreign investment (a good thing) is that our laws have been relatively impartial and reliable. This disaster in the housing bailout is just the sort of thing that undermines our relationship with these very important sources of investment.

This is not just a bailout of people who can't pay their mortgage. This is one of the most horrific events so far in this dismantling of our nation.

What made you think that. The President, Senators, and Congressmen ALL SWORE to protect, defend, and subscribe to the Constitution and Bill of Rights, and when did they ever honor their contract?
