This one surprised me also. I know alot of people/farmers are more than eager to have you harvest turkeys off their land, but this is too much.
My predication is that this wasn't some guy or guys eliminating them to reduce competition on the land with deer, or to protect crops, or anything like that. I think this will end up being some warped idiot, or group of the same, that did it "just cuz"
It's hard to explain to non-hunters the difference in the thrill of the hunt/harvest and this....which is just a senseless thrill in killing.
