350 Rem Mag in M 48 Mauser

I'm considering having a M 48 Mauser rebarreled to 350 Rem Mag.  Will there be any problems modifying the extractor on the larger diameter case of the 350 Rem Mag?

Standard bolt face and extractor mods for the magnum casehead size.

You will also have to open up the receiver rails to reliably feed the fatter case.
