YES...In a normal type Redfield-non dual dovetail-base the rear ring is held by two opposing screws that engage the radius cuts in the foot of the rear ring and by tightening and loosening the windage screws windage can be adjusted.....be sure that the front ring foot is lubed and that the rear ring sets flat on the base before adjusting the windage screws and start with the scope adjustments centered in the scopes adjustment travel range....good luck and good shooting!!
