Need a special front stuffer mold.... for YHEC.

Veral, what would you suggest for these parameters?

Needs to shoot in a 1:28 twist Encore 209x50. Can't be more than 385gr. Has to shoot with less than 60gr of powder and has to be easy enough to load for a 12yr/old and preferrably not lead too much and less recoil is better.... accuracy is the prime goal. The furthest shots will be 75yd. I'm thinking of a minnie ball?

I tried a 300gr WFN .452" in a sabot, but 60gr isn't enough to make the sabot "grab".

That twist rate is more suited for sabots, and limiting the powder to 60gr; you might want to keep the bullet wt under 250gr for best accuracy.

I make muzzel loader bullets with a tiny groove diameter drive band up front and the rest to the base slightly under bore diamater, or a slip fit in the barrel.  It takes a starter to punch the forward band into the rifling, then it slides smoothly down to the powder and stays firmly put.  Plain lead must be used with your light loads to make the base upset enough to grab the rifling.  It is very accurate and a lot less expensive to shoot than sabots.
