BLR in .223 - When were they made?

Sure like the 308 in BLR I picked up this last year.  Sounds like they made some in .223 earlier.  Does anyone know what years they were made?  Would anyone be willing to part with their's?

Mine has a S/N that translates to 1990 per the Browning website.
The date code it has is NM

I think they were all made in the 81 series guns. There were a few made in 222rem. These were first then the ones in 223. They are a real find if you can find one. Regards

They  made a short run of them in 2008
