Shipping a Frame only for an Accessory Barrel

For those that order a stock set when you order an accessory barrel, the USPS now(Since Nov) offers the priority mail video box as a small flat rate box which costs $4.95 to ship, which is half of what it cost before, also great for shipping other small items quickly, die sets, brass, etc.  ;)
