Coyote Hunter,

That group is fine as it is but the problem seems to be that so far I have not been able to repeat it or get smaller than just under MOA (0.760"). Sure it's excellent for hunting but frustrating as we know it can perform really well .................... Oh well I suppose I will just have to keep trying  ;)

Brithunter, your .308 is a beautiful classic rifle. The wood is spectacular especially for "standard grade" wood. The stock looks rich.

Thank You Dave,

I am rather pleased with it. The day I found it I must have stepped in something as I actually went to get a Midland 2100 in 308 then found this one. The Midlands have very plain wood but I don't have one in the collection and that was why I was intending to get the one I went done to look over before buying it. However I didn't have an 1100 Lwt either the rest is history as they say.
