i want to thank everybody here...you guys turned me into this handi-kook..after finding this forum and reading i went out and bought a new 22 hornet....then i bought a used barrel(30-30) but it fit loose on my reciever..i wanted to fit it to my reciever but the bottom line is i just flat chickened out and sold the barrel...last week i put the hornet up for trade and a member offered up a 357 barrel so i snatched it up..it also was loose on my reciever but i assembled my materials and took my time and now i have a perfect fit,tuned the latch a little,everything is perfect.I've been disappointed in myself ever since i sold the other barrel cuz i GAVE UP. That's not me,ask my missus,i am normally one stubborn dude...anyway i really feel like i accomplished something and couldn't have done it without GB and all the fine folks that hang out here....props to you guys
