Do mountain lions live in Alaska? If they do, is there a hunting season on them, and do, how far north does teir range extend to? Also, what is the ball park average weight of mature cats?

There are periodic sitings of mountain lions but they are very rare. They are slowly extending their range and someone sees one every couple of years.
