Wich Lee Loader?
« on: March 09, 2009, 01:31:29 PM »
Howdy folks, need some advice. I'm fixing to start reloading and buy a Lee Reloading Kit, but I'm not sure wich one to get. Should I get the one with the safety primer or the one with the auto primer? (whats the difference) ???

Personaly I like the hand held Auto Prime , I can grab a few boxes of brass , sit down in my Lazy Boy and prime away , when it comes time to load , I just grab and go .

+1 on the Autoprime, I bought two, one is set up for large primers, the other for small primers, I also then have a backup in case one breaks/wears out, which isn't likely to happen since I have a spare...... murphy's law,  ya know!! ;D

Not hard to change but for the price,
worth the cost.

I agree with everyone here. The Lee Autoprime gives you a great feel for the primer being properly seated.

I also agree with having two. They are cheap and it makes changing from small to large easy.

They last a long time, but will last longer if you lube the cam with some good grease when you get them.
