will a Ruger #3 handle as much pressure as a #1

I am trying to find out if a #3 will handle large custom rounds, like a 300 ultra mag, I have the utmost faith in the #1, but I can't find much info on the strength of the #3.  Also If any of you are still looking to change triggers in a # 1, the moyer is a great do it yourself job, if you are up to a challenge, if not the kepplinger is worth the extra money.
the perfict day is 10 rounds through the same hole at 200 yards

The No. 1 and No. 3 are exactly the same action except for the operating lever, as far as I know.  Same strength.

I have 2 No 3's.  One in 223 rem and the other a 22 khornet.  I also have a Ruger No 1 in .270.  The action is the same. I love them all.

I should have added except for the lever.
