Hey boys!  Missed a few days here lately but I see a couple of you others actually said something!   :o  That's great!  If it weren't for DP Ida thought I was typing to myself all this time!    :D

My hunting buddy from so. Jawja called to see if I was coming down for opening weekend.  Sadly I had to tell him no.   :(  It's a four hour drive and I don't want to miss the series finale of Battle Star Galactica tonight.   :P  Plus Kathie got to much for me to do this weekend...  :-[

To bad, I've had at least 2 gobblers staked out since deer season!

The good news is I should be able to get some range time this weekend!   ;D  AND I'll have time to cook my first pot of venison stew for this year!

And what are your plans?   :)

It's going to rain here in CA.  So ..... No range time for the new CZ 527 M1 this weekend.  It's too pretty to take out into the rain for it's first shooting.  Also need to sight in the Marlin 981 I got for the nephew.
Hey I got a good question for you Gorgia boys.  If, sorry, when it's humid out do you see any diff in your reloads?  From summer to winter?
Other than Richard, I know he has an envirmentally controlled reloading room.   ;D
I just moved from the desert and was thinking of cranking out some rounds but not sure with all the humidity.  In southern CA we had 330 days of sun.

Back at work for a while, breaking in a person to help me with working Saturdays so I won't have to work so much. 8)  These 6 day weeks suck! >:(  But, I'm gonna try to put some rounds downrange in some "toys" that haven't been played with yet ;D.  It's just about 70* right now and hard to stay in the building.  Have a great weekend guys, I better get back to work. :-[  DP

Howdy !,

I will be on the tractor the rest of the day. Already been out and put in a few hours and just took a break to get fuel. (for me and the tractor). I am planning to send some new .308 rounds downrange tommorow and see what happens. I have found some 150 gr. Sierra spitzer boat tail that I had forgotten about so they got loaded up medium hot and will be sent on their way through my NEF Ultra. This gun has proven to be a shooter before, but after a bout of "musical scopes" I need to get it dialed back in. I also plan on riding the old dual sport a bit if the weather holds. Have a great weekend.
