Just a handful of the shredded paper is often enough to get my charcoal started in one of the metal chimineys designed for this. We run that grill 150-175 days per year!

I always wanted to compress it kinda Like a Tobacco Bailer I used in KY but  in a very small but Hard compressed tied with wire and use it for Fire log
I think there was a Infomercial using My idea with cardboard or Rolled paper

Hang in their Cheese, you have a good idea.
I have used it alone (no dirt) to grow potted house plants. just ad a little
fertilizer occasionally. (if you print some of these threads and shred them
you don't need fertilizer) :o ::) ;D
