What size rings do I need for an elite 3200 using Leupold 2 piece dove tail bases on a Winchester model 70 having it as low as possible?

You didn't give enough info to look it up for you. Get the objective lens size in MM and find a Leupold brand scope the same size or close to it. Leupold has a mount selector guide on their site. You use their scope of the same size for that particular info line and it should tell you. I have a 40mm Objective lens scope on my M70 with low Dual Doavetail Leupold rings. Dave

Dave is right, you need to know the objective size to fit the rings correctly.  A low ring will accept a 40mm objective with no problems and a high will be adequate for a 50mm objective scope.
