Dunno yet,  but I suspect they won't be too interested, the 17 Rem FB is their own creation, you'd think they'd be interested in it, but it's only a moderate seller even in the Remington line up, that's probably got a lot to do with it.  :-\

My point exactly.
Why not (sense they already have control of H&R anyway) put out barrels in this caliber to widen out, and let buyers that can't sink $400 in a new bolt action rifle, have a go at their "new cartridge" in a $100 barrel?
Seems like a good way of getting the word out about their new Varmint round ??? :-\
