I hope everyone gets it--real soon. Our government doesn't know what to do about the recession, so they are throwing money at it. My theory has always been that you can take a bad plan and make it work if you work hard enough at it, or as in the case of the government, spend enough money on it. The problem is that often the solution is worse than the problem. I think that is the situation that obtains on this one.
I wish our lawmakers would consider another axiom that I adhere to; there's a difference between scratching your ass and tearing a hole in it.
