Jon, that's great...He either appreciates you patronage or he's going to hand you a broom to sweep up at the end of the day. Take the free shooting or take the shooting and the broom. Either one or both should be good on your shoulder.
Headed to Physical therapy this morning. I have another week left of therapy. Man what a difference it has made.
Don't have anything on the agenda today, I'll see if the those women at therapy hurt me or not. Seems like every every pain they give makes it better the next day.
I have to build a couple of quills for a cannon test. I have pretty much got the straw quills down for the larger cannons, but we need something for the smaller guns.
The quill for you none cannon shooters is type fuse that is near instantaneous. The standard green cannon fuse is to slow for safety purposes. You want the gun to fire when conditions are right.
What I am testing are toothpicks coated with some sort of glue and then rolled in 4 Fg black powder. I am also testing some toothpick quills rolled in fast burning smokeless powder.
Early test are promising with the black powder. The Smokeless powder results so far are mixed.
South Paw do you have any Bullseye?
