Trail Boss in a 357 Max.

Hi all,
Has anyone used Trail Boss in a Maxi?  I am looking at using a 180gr. XTP or Remington.

you need to zip the folks at Hodgdon an e-mail..Trail Boss is under their umbrella now and they have been very helpful in the past concerning loads for the 45-70 using Trail Boss with bullet weights without published data.

Just curious as to why Trail Boss?  It is mostly used for light loads, They'er are much better powders such as AA 1680 or IMR 4227 for the max, If i was loading light in a max I would use .38s or .357 cases, But thats just me. :)

MY normal accuracy load is 22.5 296 behind a 180gr XTP.  I have a couple of cans of trail Boss and was looking at putting together loads for a new shooter.

Everything I've read about Trail Boss is that it is for light loads, using lead bullets, only.
