there is a real pretty .58 Huntsman on gunbroker, might be gone now though

I rarely check gun broker. I dont know why, I just dont. I will have to take a look

There was 2 58's, one was never fired. :o The other looked pretty good too.

Must be that "new sheriff in town" syndrome. ;D We haven't had a sheriff for quite awhile. Kinda funny, because I haven't seen one fight in this forum since it's creation. We might have had a disagreement or two over the years, but nothing ever got out of hand that I am aware of. If you look at wlscott's profile, he hasn't checked in since Dec 29,2007. Congratulations on the new job! ;)

I am sure this one will be as easy as the bikers who hunt and shoot forum was to moderate.  Good guys make for a good forum.  No sheriff here, just a guy who wants to keep this forum up and going as well as it ever has.

   Welcome BUBBA, to the position of moderator of this part of NEF/H&R Talk.  I am pretty much a newbie and sit on the outside edge of the circle of old hands ,but have learned a lot from observing the goings-on. I have been very impressed by the depth of knowledge of the members and have learned just how much I DIDN'T know about guns and ammo. I am going to get involved with foundry and forge work to try to fabricate some parts I want for my guns and thought there might be an interest in similar parts by members of the forum . I put an explanatory post in the H&R/Miscellaneous column because it seemed the most likely place ,but having learned that there are rules that can easily be misundestood or just plain missed , I would appreciate it if you could check out what I did and give me notice. [Yeah / Nay ]     Ken
