6.5 TCU Tearing Rims Off

Sounds like.....
 Check your shell holder, it may be the wrong size or just oversize. Check the expander "ball" in the die for a burr or crud. Maybe not enough lube inside the neck.

Might be wrong size shell holder but sounds like inadequate sizing lube to me. You say coated with oil. Dunno what that means but oil ain't sizing lube. Use a product designed specifically for the job. I use the RCBS spray stuff myself. Tried some of the other sprays and generally found them inferior to the RCBS product.
