They are 10 weeks old half lab and half collie. Can you tell they are half lab?

Who did you buy them from?  What did the sire and dam look like?  That would likely give you some idea.

The father a collie is kinda small for a collie, the mothe is a small lab . As for buying them I didn't the wax given top me by a family member.

Now ask yourself, how does a person on the internet who has never seen the sire and dam, let alone your pups going to be able to answer your question?  Genetics is a crapshoot.  Dogs come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.  You can breed one way and get something that pops up out of nowhere.  Have fun!
