That is not ready for trappin season?Still have almost everything to do yet.Is fall here too soon :eek:

No matter how soon I start I ain't never been totally ready . Sometimes thought so then mother natures proves me wrong again .

Rancid, I am never ready  lol, seems like I always am behind.I should be dipping traps now, but it that time of year. Customers orders come first, 2 conventions yet to do ,then it will be time to get everything ready.I have ended up dipping traps with snow in the air.That is what makes this time of year special--no boredom,thats for sure.   Tom

Im almost ready...still waiting for the walnuts to start dropping in full force...then its too the dippin barrel.  Everything else is ready.
Bait and lure stored,
land secured,
fur shed stocked with supplies,
in shape to trek miles a day....etc etc etc...

just got the box of parts & lure/bait in from Minnesota Trapline. I have a lot of "rebuilding" to do from last year's hard ground, dry conditions, etc.
Nowhere near ready yet...but at least have all the stuff now, just need to make the time to do it.
One of these years I'm going to be organized well ahead of time...
