I traded for the 44mag/12 slug Combo on a SB1 and so far am happy as could be, Dont really have a use for the slug gun barrel personally .. But hey you never know when you might get to go to a new hunting spot that doesnt allow anything but the slug gun option.. I just know with out a doubt that the 44 will never have to worry about another barrel pilfering its reciever
And it shouldnt have to anyways , its one hell of a shooter...
So should you decide to go with the sb1 theres some experience.. Now on the other hand my first handi was the SB2 357mag and it too was a hell of a shooter ( starting to regret getting rid of it )
So if i understand this right you have a 357mag/20 combo on a SB1 reciever for $250 ... Offer a little less and leave your 357 dedicated , If you want to play with the other barrels then pick up a reciever out of the forums
And that 20 might come in handy for a younger hunter in the future , just a thought.
