Had one.  Sold it.  Mine had what could be called a fair fit and finish.  Not very accurate at 100 yards  (about 6 inches, with a scope mounted on the side rail mount).  Hard to discribe "recoil" thru the trigger, like a slap to your finger.  Didn't feed 100%, as an AK should.  Magazines are harder to find in .223 then in 7.62.  My opinion is the AK is best in its original 7.62 chambering.  I have a Romainian and Polish in the original caliber, and they are reliable, with very decent accuracy.  If you are really sold on a .223 AK, a few weeks ago I was at the range, and shot a buddies Israli .223 Gallil.  It is a high quality Israli version of the AK.  I didnt shoot it off the bench, but ran a 35 round magazine thru it, shooting as fast as I could at a 9 inch steel gong at 100 yards.  I was impressed with it.  I think he said he paid about $700 for it, with 2 magazines, and a folding stock.

Personal opinion is a good thing, and everyone is entitled to one.  The hard part is separating informed opinion from someone who is just blowing hot air....
